 problem about converting sheet to matrix		  New Topic  Reply to Topic

Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
OriginPro 8 SR0
v8.0724(B724)
Operating System:Window 7 SP1

I have just install this program. I click on "Worksheet>>Convert to Matrix>>XYZ Gridding..." but nothing happens. When I click on "Worksheet>>Convert to Matrix>>Direct" or "Worksheet>>Convert to Matrix>>Expand" it will pop-up a dialog box to set the converting option.

Where is the problem and how can I fix?

May or may not be related to, but can you try the method to run "regsvr32" described at:

http://www.originlab.com/www/support/resultstech.aspx?language=english&ID=990

You say that you have SR0. If you get the latest updates, I believe that that will fix the problem. You will need to select Help:Check for Updates multiple times to get all the way up to SR6; however, I think after you get SR2 the problem will go away.
